Main Machine Maintenance
★ ★ ★ ★ ★
After shutting down and disconnecting power, clean the interior of the machine to ensure cleanliness in both the machining area and the robotic arm area. A full cleaning of the machine's interior and exterior should be performed weekly. When cleaning, avoid damaging any machine components or protective devices. Do not use strong acids, strong alkalis, or similar liquids, as they may corrode paint, pipelines, rubber parts, and other materials. Do not use items with hard particles for cleaning, and never scrape directly with steel tools, as this may damage components and affect the machine’s appearance.
Hydraulic System Maintenance
★ ★ ★ ★ ★
After powering on the machine each day, check the hydraulic oil level, ensure the motor and radiator are functioning properly, listen for any abnormal sounds, verify the pressure indicator is accurate, and inspect for any oil leakage. If any abnormalities are found, shut down the machine for inspection and repair. Clean the hydraulic tank and its components once a week. Replace the hydraulic oil annually. Hydraulic hoses should be replaced every three years.
Lubrication Pump Maintenance
★ ★ ★ ★ ★
The electric pressure-relief type grease lubrication pump is used to lubricate the guideways . When a low lubrication oil alarm occurs, turn off the machine power, open the lower rear door, and fill the lubrication oil through the oil filling port using a dedicated grease gun. The oil type and the location of the oil filling port are detailed in the lubrication system section. Regular inspections can also be performed to ensure sufficient lubrication oil levels.
Maintenance of the Oil Mist Cleaner
★ ★ ★ ★ ★
The filter of the oil mist cleaner should be cleaned at least once a month, and a complete cleaning should be performed every three months. Be sure to disconnect the power before opening the oil mist cleaner door for cleaning. For detailed maintenance and care instructions, please refer to the oil mist cleaner user manual.
Maintenance of the Machine's Pneumatic System
★ ★ ★ ★ ★
Regular inspections should be carried out to check whether the filter’s water reservoir is full. If it is full, loosen the knob at the bottom to drain the internal water, then tighten the knob again. If the system is equipped with automatic differential pressure drainage, manual draining is not required. If the reservoir fills up in less than five days, it indicates poor air source filtration, and the cleanliness of the air supply must be improved.
Fire Extinguishing System Maintenance
★ ★ ★ ★ ★
Check the indicator lights on the fire extinguishing system control panel daily to ensure they are functioning properly and listen for any abnormal sounds. Inspect the piping for damage, ensure the nozzles are not obstructed, and keep the sensor surfaces clean and free of excessive debris. After the fire extinguishing process, the CO₂ must be refilled, and the system must be reset. If the protective cover of the emergency fire button is damaged, it should be replaced promptly. Pay attention to the expiration dates of components related to the fire extinguishing system and replace them before they expire.
